Educational webinar for the 4th PEKES of Central Macedonia with the title « “Copyright and Related rights: Distance education and sources for legal content”

On Friday, January 15th, the Hellenic Copyright Organization (HCO) organized an educational webinar in cooperation with the 4th Regional Educational Planning Centre (PEKES) of Central Macedonia with the title “Copyright and Related Rights. Distance education and sources for legal content”.

The seminar was addressed to primary and secondary degree educators of Serres and Kilkis.

The educators were informed by Ms. Maria-Daphne Papadopoulou, Lawyer, Head of the HCO’s Legal Department and Ms. Eva Kokkinou, Head of HCO’s Information Department about copyright issues, the application of copyright in distance education and were also presented with sources of legal online content. In addition, the HCO’s websites were presented as well as the information and services they provide.

The seminar was opened by Mr. Christos Pramas, Organizational Coordinator of the 4th PEKES of Central Macedonia, Mr. Stylianos Rizos, Director of Secondary Education of Serres and Theodoros Christoforidis, Director of Secondary Education of Kilkis. The seminar was coordinated by Ms. Katerina Lalioti, Coordinator of Educational Work for Preschool Education and Mr. Charalambos Sarivasiliou, Coordinator of Educational Work of Physical Education.

In total 155 educators attended the seminar.
