The EUIPO published the FAQs on Copyright for Teachers for use by teachers and students in the European Union.
The 15 questions aim to provide teachers and students with clear and accurate information on uses of protected content allowed in the context of education and training, in particular online. In addition, teachers will become aware of the opportunities copyright protection offers them, as potential creators of works within the context of education.
These FAQs have been prepared in collaboration with the IP in Education project and its dedicated network, consisting of representatives from education ministries, IP offices and other relevant bodies across the EU.
