On Monday, January 28, 2019, the National Center of Audiovisual Media and Communication – EKOME SA and the Educational Radio and Television of the Ministry of Education, Research and Religious Affairs held a training conference at the Press Center of the Ministry of Digital Telecommunications and Information with the subject ” Your History is the history of your city: Approaches of Audiovisual and Digital Education”.
The conference that was organized under the auspices of the Hellenic National Commission for UNESCO was held within the framework of the actions of the GAPMIL European Sub-Category Mediterranean Group of UNESCO, which is co-ordinated by EKOME. It was the inaugural event of the Student Creation Competition “Your History is the history of your city”.
The Hellenic Copyright Organization’s Scientific Coordinator Mrs. Maria G. Sinanidou participated in the conference with a speech entitled “Knowledge of intellectual property and licensing as an essential tool for students and teachers – Copyrightschool”. Mrs. Sinanidou answered many questions from teachers regarding the obligations and rights of teachers and students both in general and in the context of this competition.
